AROUND THE WORLD!

Although still with many parts of the world enduring some kind of lockdown or restrictions, ESO1 is resolved to travel the world no matter what and here I am, trying to help. They will collect some information in a world map about those countries they are interested in explaining some key geographical features as well as the weather. Basically, they are trying to help out for a wise choice and enjoyment for future travellers, whenever that may be possible. You can comment and like their posts.

"You need this" Project

A2 students (2º Bachillerato) have been working on advertising in this unit, so that they have read about different techniques used by companies. As a final project, they had to make an advert of something of their choice under the slogan "You need this".
They came up with very funny and quality adverts, which I am sharing with you:

Human Rights Project for Bachillerato (AS) Level

HUMAN RIGHTS

Let's put our heads together so that we are able to show the world our concern about Human Rights. Everybody talks about them, but not everybody worries about them. If we are able to make our nearest community aware of their importance, we will be helping to make the world a better place.

Here you are the document which states the UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS (UDHR) in English.

What do you have to do?

1) Read the declaration and choose the Human Right you want to work with.

2) Take a photograph where that Right is pictured in an original and plastic way.

3) Post your photo on twitter with following hashtag #mycausePA16

ESO3 RECYCLING PROJECT II Edition

Unit 2 was about recycling. We have learnt how important recycling is for present and future generations. In order to prove we are on eco-mode, our project requieres some active action from our side.
Option 1: Bring a recycled object from home that you usually use. Say what it is, what it is made of and why you use it.
Example: coconut bag. It is a bag made of coconut. I use it because it is perfect for small things such as mobile, keys or change. It is very handy to go out in summer.
Option 2: Create your own recycled object. Show the class how we can create things with our own hands and using materials we have at home.
Example one: corner bookmark (video tutorial in Spanish)
Example two: a butterfly bookmark (video tutorial in English)

Urban Tribes Project (AS LEVEL)
